  • China Commercial Aircraft Manufacturing Summit 2010 (CCAMS 2010) moves to Xi’an City, the national leading aerospace center, which undertakes the mission of producing large transport aircraft and the main body of C919.

The aerospace manufacturing industry in China is experiencing its significant transition, which covers the kick-off of large aircraft project, the establishment of COMAC, strategic integration of AVIC Group, Tianjin A320 assembly line in operation, roll-off of domestic-made MA-600 and ARJ21-700 and vendor selection for C919 project. How will China aerospace industry evolve and change?

In spite of the financial crisis, the global civil aircraft manufacturing industry remains promising, and Asia is fastest growing region. In the next 20 years, there will be a considerable increase in passenger transport and cargo transport in China. After ARJ21, China intimates that the self-produced large aircraft will be launched by 2020. How will the new situation after recovery shape future market?
